Will the taxi be clean and free of adverts and stickers?

Yes. The taxi exterior will be free of advertisements and stickers of any kind. The taxi will be immaculately clean, inside and out.

Can I apply my own branding to the taxi?

Temporary branding is sometimes possible. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will let you know if we can accommodate that. If the branding damages the taxi paintwork, you will be responsible for the cost of repair.

Can Go-Pro cameras be used?

Yes. If the camera damages the taxi paintwork, you will be responsible for the cost of repair.

Will your company and the drivers sign a waiver?

Yes, but depending of the conditions of the waiver.  We will waive rights to royalty payments. Send us a copy of your waiver, and we will let you know.

How can I keep in contact with my driver?

We will supply you with the names and mobile phone numbers of your driver.  We will also supply your driver with your contact phone number.

Are the drivers licensed London taxi drivers?

Our drivers are licensed London taxi drivers who have completed “the knowledge” and are fully vetted with enhanced criminal background (DBS) checks.

Can I see some feedback from previous customers?

What is the cost?

Are there extra fees?

No administration fees, credit card fees, or taxes will be added to the price. We are currently not required to charge VAT.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. We do not take cash.

Upon booking, your credit or debit card details are registered on our secure server (Sage Pay). Upon completion of your booking, your card will be charged for the total amount due. We will then send a paid invoice copy to you via email.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. The minimum booking depends on the type of taxi you would like and the location.  Our Prices page will give you more information.  Or you can send us a Quotation Request form.

Do you service areas outside of central London? Outside the M25?

Yes. These areas will require a minimum booking of at least 2 hours, depending on the location.  Send us a Quotation Request form and we will let you know what we can do for you.

Can disabled passengers be provided for?

Yes. All of our taxis can accommodate wheelchairs. There is a weight and size limitation for electric wheelchairs, so be sure to enquire before booking. Our drivers will give any extra assistance needed.
