Sociably Ltd and Waldorf Hotel Admiralty Arch

In May 2026, we were contacted by Sociably Ltd. They were about to film some promotional spots for the opening of the new Waldorf Hotel Admiralty Arch.

They asked whether they could film their model getting in and out of the taxi and whether they could put some temporary branding on the taxi. We said, “Yes, of course”! Here are a few photos that our driver took on the day.

We received this lovely feedback from Sociably:

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the very smooth, efficient service. Our driver Richard was amazing and super helpful! Looking forward to using your services again in the future.
Best,
Louis

Taxi for filming of Perdre/Trouver

In January of 2018, film maker Nicola Peluso hired our services to provide a taxi and driver for a scene in her short indy film Perdre/Trouver.

The film Perdre/Trouver (due for release in September 2020) “is a character driven, narrative short that explore dynamics of female relationship. Two half-sisters, strangers to one another, are united by the sudden passing of their biological father”.

In June of 2020, we received this lovely email from Nicola:

Hello Mike,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are finally in post production of the short indy film Perdre/Trouver. I know Lawrence was excited to have a line in the film. We will send you a copy of the film to share with him after it has done festival rounds.

In the meantime, I though he may like to have this photo of the two of us on the day.

Kind Regards,

Nicola Peluso

The Royal Wedding

In May 2018, we worked with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation for a current affairs programme on Harry and Meghan’s Royal Wedding.

One of Australia’s most popular political commentators, Annabel Crabb, jumped into our Black Fairway Taxi. Our driver Jon escorted her around London to interview historian Anna Whitelock, newspaperman Les Hinton, and diversity campaigner Joanna Abeyie about the impact this wedding will have on the future of the Royal Family and our relationship with them.

Thanks again for everything. We had a great day filming with Jon and his taxi.

Regards,
A. Steele
